All bookings made via BharatVihar are bound by the cancellation policies of the respective travel agents. A 1% platform fee is charged per booking and is non-refundable.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. The 1% platform service fee is non-refundable.
Travel agents listed on BharatVihar are independent operators. Each agent is responsible for their own cancellation, refund, and service policies.
BharatVihar acts as a marketplace connecting travelers with agents. We are not liable for disputes arising between travelers and agents.
